 quality leadership
It doesn’t matter whether you are in academics, employed by a hospital system or in private practice. The fact is, you lead every day. Others look up to you, and your actions will directly impact their ability to care for patients. We all can improve our leadership skills. We all can learn from a corporate world that has developed “Quality Leadership” that lends itself well to health care practice. Begin by assessing your own leadership and learn the skills that will benefit you practice and your patients.
