breast_cancerThe Center for a Healthy Maryland is proud to be a first-time recipient of a 2011 grant from the Maryland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.

The goal of this project, entitled, Teaching Providers, Reaching Women, is to create a toolkit and educational program for primary care providers in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, addressing the breast cancer screening needs of all patients and the continuing health and screening needs of breast cancer survivors.
