We are here to help.
You Are Not Alone
If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, help is available. You deserve to feel safe, respected, and supported. Whether you’re seeking immediate assistance or exploring your options, there are people and resources ready to help—on your terms.
Your health matters. Our Survivors Wellness Project exists as a resource for survivors who are navigating their physical and mental health in the aftermath of abuse. We offer trauma-informed tools, education, and connections to support you in understanding what may be happening in your body and mind and exploring options for healing.
You Don’t Have to Navigate This Without Support
Healing begins with connection, support, and access to trusted resources. CHMD provides educational workshops, support groups, resource navigation, and connections to community partners that help survivors find safety, support, and pathways forward.
Our survivor-centered approach focuses on:
- Emotional support and connection
- Resource education and navigation
- Community engagement opportunities
- Increased awareness of available services
- Building resilience through supportive networks
Every survivor deserves to be heard, believed, and supported.
